Internship Program in Equipment Engineering – Eltronic A/S (Spring 2027)

Do you want to kickstart your career in a modern engineering house? At Equipment Engineering we offer a structured, cross-disciplinary internship program developed in close collaboration between our departments for Mechanical Design, Electrical Hardware, PLC, Robotics, Project Management, Safety and Documentation.

The distinctive feature of the program is the broad rotation across disciplines. As an intern you work together with specialists from across the organization and experience how we drive engineering projects from idea to solution. You get a unique insight into our processes, working methods and the dynamics that characterize a strong, cross-functional environment.

During the internship you spend a period in each of our subject groups and gain practical experience with both the technical and organizational aspects of projects. Depending on your field of study and interests, you can delve deeper into the department that best matches your skills.

The purpose of the internship program

The aim is to give you a broad and valuable introduction to our company and strengthen your understanding of cross-disciplinary collaboration, which is the foundation for our projects. Through the rotations you gain insight into both the technical solutions and the cross-cutting dependencies that are essential to succeed as an engineer in practice.

We expect that you study

• Automation technology
• Robotics technology / Electrical engineering
• Mechanical engineering / Master of Engineering
• Other relevant education

You may have another relevant educational background, but the most important for us is that you possess a natural interest and flair for advanced technical solutions and opportunities while you have the motivation to learn much more.

As a person you are responsible and quality-conscious, thorough and reliable, and you thrive in an informal organization.

You will be continuously introduced to many areas of work, programs and not least colleagues. You should therefore be able to thrive with many points of contact during the internship. You will never be left alone; we focus on involving you, and during the internship there will be a dedicated mentor with ongoing evaluation conversations. ​
