Become an important player on a strong team

You will become part of the IT, Automation & BI team in a department with high professionalism, great curiosity and a focus on translating technology into concrete improvements in the bank. We work closely across business and IT and are in the process of professionalizing our solutions within automation, data and AI. With us you get the opportunity to both build new, improve existing solutions and help shape the architectural direction for how we use technology wisely and responsibly.

Your primary tasks are to:

• Develop, implement and further develop automation solutions that support efficient and robust workflows in the bank.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of existing automations and related platform.
• Contribute to architecture, design principles and technical choices for automation and AI-supported solutions, so they can be scaled, documented and operated responsibly.
• Collaborate with the business to identify suitable use cases and translate needs into technical solutions with a focus on value, stability and responsible use of AI.

Who are you as a colleague? Professionally you have

· Broad experience with automation and data/BI in a financial context – ideally across Salesforce, RPA and relevant banking systems (e.g. SQL/Power Automate etc.).

· Documented experience with Salesforce configuration, development of processes/flows as well as testing and deployment.

· Insight into (or strong curiosity about) the use of AI in Salesforce and in the financial sector or use of AI in general.

Personally you are

· In good spirits, proactive, a structured approach to tasks, while the person sees and can illuminate business opportunities.

· Proactive, service-minded and approachable.

· A good communicative approach and ready to spend the necessary time and energy with solution owners/task setters.

· Have a sensible balance between thoroughness, meticulousness and fast and efficient in task resolution.

We imagine that you have a

· Business-oriented approach and great insight into financial/banking business processes with experience in translating processes and flows into actions.

· Technological background related to automation, AI and process development in software.

· ITIL certification is a plus.
