Your role as IT operations consultant

As an IT operations consultant you will be an important part of our team, ensuring stable operation and development of IT solutions. You will work with operation, maintenance and optimization of systems – and you will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions and participate in projects. Customer contact is a natural part of the job, but the focus is on delivering quality and creating value through good solutions.

Your primary tasks

• Operations and maintenance of Microsoft servers and Microsoft 365
• Monitoring and optimization of systems
• Implementation of new solutions and technologies
• Documentation and improvement of processes
• Sparring with colleagues and participation in projects

Your background

We imagine that you have experience with IT operations and thrive on taking responsibility for systems and processes. You have a relevant IT background and preferably Microsoft certifications – or a desire to pursue them.

We would like you to have experience with

• Microsoft Windows Server (2019+)
• Microsoft 365
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Networking (firewall, VPN, VLAN, routing)
• Scripting (PowerShell)
