IT Infrastructure Consultant

What will you be working with?

As an IT Infrastructure Consultant you will be an important partner for our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Implementation and operation of Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Troubleshooting, optimization and further development of customers' IT environments
• Technical support and sparring with customers
• On-site support at customers on Zealand
• Project deliveries in close collaboration with colleagues and specialists

No two customers are the same. Therefore two workdays are also not the same.

We envision that you ...

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations role
• Are self-driving, curious and interested in developing yourself together with the customers and the department.
• Have a driver's license and own car

Professionally we hope you have experience with

Some areas of Microsoft's Enterprise Platform, including

• Microsoft 365
• Azure,
• Entra ID
• Intune
• Purview
• Customer contact and sparring

If you also have knowledge of hardware, Yealink and basic networking/IT security, or are eager to learn more about this - you are very close to being the ideal candidate.
