ITA-BRITA seeks hospital aide for the Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a hospital assistant for a permanent position with the possibility of part-time in Intensive ITA/BRITA, Anesthesiology-Intensive Care Unit V.

We are a department with high professionalism, good collaboration and a daily life where two days are rarely the same.

As a hospital assistant you will be an important part of our fixed team and contribute to ensuring patient pathways run safely and efficiently. Your tasks take place without direct patient contact and include, among other things, preparing equipment, cleaning up after procedures and maintaining the department's equipment.

The position is desired to be filled on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

The department is open 24 hours a day all year round. Your working hours will be either 7-15 or 10-18 shifts. You must be prepared to work two out of five weekends.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, be responsible for

• Preparation of equipment
• Cleaning up and correct re-assembly of equipment
• Cleaning, maintenance and installation of medical-technical equipment
• Ordering and restocking of depot and sterile supplies
• Inspection and safety checks of the department's apparatus
• Other practical tasks that support the department's operations

About Anesthesiology-Intensive Care Unit V

Anesthesiology-Intensive Care Unit V is an across-clinical department with a high activity level and close collaboration with the hospital's other specialties.

The department is organizationally divided into clinical anesthesia/post-anesthesia and the intensive care area. In the coming years we will move to the new OUH, which provides exciting opportunities and may lead to organizational changes.
