On site, the day is about soil and excavation work around utilities. You follow the plan laid out for the task, work closely with the machines and speak up if the ground, access or safety does not add up. When there is a need to move quickly, it is important that everyone keeps the agreements and passes the next link in the work smoothly.

You will, among other things, work with

• Carrying out soil and excavation work on utility projects
• Helping with excavating, leveling and shaping the terrain
• Preparing for cables, pipes and utility lines
• Helping with reinstatement after excavation work
• Keeping the work area tidy and safe along the way

There are requirements for pace and documentation, because the customers expect the work to be done correctly the first time. When something doesn’t add up on site, you speak up in time so the task can be solved properly.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience with soil and excavation work
• Have about 2 years of experience from a construction site or civil works
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with utility work, fiber, electricity, water, gas or district heating. But the most important thing is that you show up consistently and can work properly on a site where there is pace.
