JUNIOR EMPLOYEE AT SKOVGRILLEN

Role: You assist with customer service and daily operations. You always work with a closing supervisor or operations manager who has the overall responsibility and can help and support you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDERS

• Customer service and preparation.
• Contribute to a good customer experience.
• Help the person in charge monitor phone orders and online orders so they are handled on time.

TASKS

• Cleaning and practical tasks under guidance.
• Assist the person in charge with relevant replenishment and cleaning tasks.

CASH REGISTER

• Enter orders correctly and accept common payment methods.
• Complete ordinary sales correctly.

COLLABORATION & RESPONSIBILITY

• Arrive consistently and on time and take directions.
• Contribute positively and treat customers and colleagues properly and respectfully.
• You are never alone with the responsibility – the person in charge on shift is there to help and support you.
