Can you create calm and direction for a 16-year-old boy with complex needs?

My name is Tristan, I am 16 years old, and I am looking for an adult who can be a stable and secure part of my everyday life.

I have infantil autism and schizophrenia as well as mild intellectual disability. I need structure, recognizability and a calm approach – and for an adult who can stand firm and create direction when necessary.

A DAY IN THE LIFE WITH ME

I have a lot of energy in my body and need to be active during the day. It is therefore important that you are not passive, but can take the initiative and contribute with activities.

I go to school for a few hours on Tuesday and Thursday, and there is work to make that more. Otherwise I am at home, where you will be with me and support my mother.

I need a daily routine with structure and clear boundaries – but also an approach where things are taken at a pace I can keep up with.

WHO ARE YOU?

This is not a job for everyone.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with autism and preferably also knowledge of schizophrenia
• Can be clear, stand firm and create structure
• Are calm and patient – also when there is resistance
• Have energy and a desire to be active together with a young person with a high level of activity
• Can take responsibility and contribute – not wait to be told

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Start as soon as possible
• It is a relief/cover position.
• The hours are set as needed; it can be on weekdays and weekends

You must have a driver's license and your own car and be willing to use it in the job (you will of course be compensated for it).

SALARY

Paid according to education, qualifications and experience.
