Do you have what it takes for a daily life where you combine theory from school with practical tasks? Then you might be our new IT support apprentice in Danske Spil's infrastructure team.

As an apprentice at Danske Spil you become part of a company where apprentices have an important voice. You join as a permanent part of the team and will work closely with colleagues who help you get started – and who give you the opportunity to take on your own areas of responsibility. We have extensive experience from previous apprentices who have been trained with us and in 2025 we were nominated for the apprenticeship of the year.

Welcome to Infrastructure

You become part of a team with broad competencies in operations, support, IT security and infrastructure. Our main task is to ensure that Danske Spil's employees have a stable and secure IT everyday life, and that our solutions work optimally.

About you, your responsibility and your tasks

As an IT support apprentice you will have a central role in our daily support and operations. You will work on tasks that require you to be structured, curious and have an eye for detail. At the same time, it is important that you take pride in delivering good service and can communicate clearly with employees at different IT levels.

We would like you to

• Have an interest in IT, support and technical solutions
• Be approachable, helpful and motivated to create good user experiences
• Have drive and a desire to develop yourself professionally and personally
• Take responsibility, be independent and able to prioritize your tasks

You will have your own areas of responsibility and will work with both routine and more varied tasks. Of course we base it on what you learn in your school program – and in what you yourself find exciting.

Examples of tasks

• First-level support for employees via phone, email, ticket system and direct inquiries in our service desk
• Setup, provisioning and maintenance of PCs, mobile phones and other IT equipment
• User management in Microsoft 365, AD and other internal systems
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and networks
• Assist with meeting room equipment and AV solutions
• Documentation and updating of guides and IT instructions
• Various ad hoc IT tasks across the organization

You become part of the Student Club

Although you work daily in the IT team, you will also join our apprentice and student network across Danske Spil. Here we meet for professional talks and social events. In addition, the apprentices help to organize internal events.
