A day-to-day with Workday Adaptive Planning

Basico Finance IT Services is in the middle of an exciting development in intelligent planning, forecasting, reporting and budgeting. We are therefore looking for a couple of new colleagues who are driven by the desire to digitalise and energise critical financial processes.

As an FP&A Consultant you will primarily work with Workday Adaptive Planning and other solutions that support forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes for our clients.

You will, among other things, work with

• Analysis and design of solutions for planning, forecasting and reporting
• Implementation and further development of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Technical sparring with clients and colleagues
• Participation in sales demos and client meetings
• Ongoing follow-up and optimization of solutions
• Contributing to the development of other IT and finance solutions depending on your interests and competencies

For you, this is an opportunity to

• Help our clients make budgeting, planning and forecasting a value-creating process rather than a calculation exercise
• Work with concrete client cases from the first sales meetings to implementation and further development
• Build experience with the market’s best and most innovative cloud-based planning software
• Work at the intersection of Finance, IT and business development
• Get insight into automation, integrations and AI in the finance function
• Develop your consulting skills in close collaboration with talented colleagues

You will work closely with our clients, which include some of Denmark’s largest and most exciting companies. Your day-to-day will primarily take place at our office in Hellerup, but you will also have days with clients.

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone who is at the very beginning of their career, and we do not expect many years of professional experience. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn, curious about the interplay between Finance and IT, and ready to develop yourself in a consulting role.

In addition, we imagine that

• You will complete your master's degree in the summer of 2027
• You have study-relevant experience from a part-time job, internship or project work
• You may have experience with budgeting, forecasting or other areas within FP&A
• You are interested in how technology can create better and more efficient financial processes
• You quickly grasp new and complex problems
• You are curious, highly driven and thrive in a consulting role
• You are good at communicating, collaborating and building relationships
• You can express yourself fluently in both Danish and English
