Clinching metalworker day shift

For our client in Aars we are seeking a blacksmith for a permanent day shift position. The company is a subcontractor of many different components for the automotive and aircraft industry, and you will therefore have an exciting diverse daily work routine.

This is a try & hire arrangement on a full-time basis where in the first period you are employed through Randstad and subsequently you will be employed by the company. Working hours are from Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:00 and Friday 07:00-14:00 with flexibility.

Responsibilities

You will have a diverse daily routine with primary welding tasks in MAG and work with black iron. The production includes an iron foundry where different components are machined and assembled for many different industries. Thus the work tasks will be very varied.

Your profile

• Either trained / recently graduated blacksmith
• Knowledge and experience in working with black iron
• Knowledge and experience with MAG welding
• Certificates are not necessary, as workshop certificates are provided.

It is expected that you can handle your tasks responsibly and complete them according to the project's duration. As a person, you are a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude. You thrive in a changing job where days are not always the same, and you take pride in collaborating with colleagues and meeting customers' needs. Salary is according to qualifications.
