Who are we?

The Shrimp is located in the beautiful surroundings of Hotel Sankt Annæ, close to Nyhavn, Skuespilhuset and Amalienborg. The Club is the hotel's exclusive bar and lounge, where cocktails, gastronomy and an international audience meet.

We are part of Waldorf Group, which also includes Bavette, Bouillon, Fatty’s and Mio.

Who are you?

You are a trained chef or have solid experience in the hospitality industry. You love good craft, good ingredients and a kitchen with pace.
