As our assistant pedagogue in the nursery starts training, we are seeking a new colleague who wants to join a team that creates safe and development-oriented settings for the house's youngest children. We are looking for a caring and engaged assistant pedagogue who is passionate about being with the children and who has strong relationship skills.

We are a Children's House full of lovely children, good colleagues and parents with surplus and a desire to take an active part in the life of the Children's House. The house oozes good atmosphere and we work in a structured way with division of children into smaller groups, which creates good conditions for close interaction and developing play. We focus on creating participation opportunities so that all children feel they are part of the child community.

As a workplace we are a Børnehus with stable and professionally competent staff. We are ambitious in our pedagogical work, and humor and good well-being are among our cornerstones.

Pedagogical work with children aged 0-2 years in our nursery.

Practical tasks related to the pedagogical work.

Meeting activities in connection with the pedagogical work

Qualifications

You must be caring, present and calm.

You should have a positive outlook on life and meet children, colleagues and parents with an open mind.

You should be eager to actively participate in the children's play world both indoors and outdoors.

You should be curious about the children's perspective and help expand their understanding of each other and the world around them.

You should be willing to collaborate with colleagues in your own group and in the house as a whole.
