The work consists of both basic care tasks and handling more complex issues, and you will experience that no day is the same.

Development of competences is in focus At Demenscenter Kristiansminde we work purposefully to be a leading provider in dementia care at a high professional level.

We expect to be Marte Meo certified November 2026.

We are seeking an evening shift (aftenvagt) who is interested in the dementia field and motivated to develop their professional competencies. We do not expect you to have experience with dementia. The most important thing is that you are flexible, creative, curious and have a genuine desire to learn and develop.

We are looking for you, who

• Is trained as a social- and health care assistant.
• Has an interest in working with people with dementia and is passionate about giving them security and care.
• Can both handle basic care tasks and the more complex SSA tasks and sometimes across our five houses.
• Is empathetic, curious and has the drive to develop professionally.
• Thrives working independently, but also as part of a dedicated team.

Salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record check and references will be obtained before employment.

Working hours: 28 hours per week

Start date: 01.01.2027 - preferably earlier
