Consultant for flex-job participants

Would you like to help citizens in flex jobs find their place in the labor market while building strong relationships with companies?

In the Flex Job Team we work from a clear ambition that citizens referred to flexible jobs are a part of the workforce. Therefore, they should meet with a targeted, job-oriented and company-focused effort, where the path to employment goes through close contact with the labor market.

We are looking for a job and company consultant who understands how to see opportunities and openings in the labor market and who can identify the needs of companies and match citizens to concrete tasks, job functions and areas of work.

The Flex Job Team is part of Job and Companies, which collectively works with job-ready citizens and citizens who are close to the labor market.

About the job

You will be responsible for your own citizen portfolio and guide the citizen through the entire process toward a flex job. At the same time, you actively work towards companies to create job opportunities and ensure good matches.

This means that you must be able to hold conversations with both citizens and companies, support the citizen’s own active job search and translate the companies’ needs into concrete job openings.

With us, the job goal is controlling. Therefore, we work based on the citizen’s resources, the labor market’s needs and close collaboration with the companies.

Your key tasks

• Get citizens into flex jobs!
• Match citizens and companies
• Ensure active and targeted programs for the unemployed
• Prospect and collaborate with companies on concrete flex job openings
• Hold group programs and facilitate networking for the unemployed
• Identify competencies, job goals and development opportunities
• Advise companies on the flex job scheme and the opportunities it creates
• Contribute to the development of a company-oriented flex job effort.

Employment process and salary

The employment date is as soon as possible, preferably November 1, 2026.

We hold interviews as we receive applications.

The position is, as a rule, 37 hours and a permanent position.

Application deadline: October 19, 2026.

We offer salaries and terms of employment in accordance with the collective agreement for social workers, social mediators or administration and IT, etc. in municipalities and according to principles of local pay formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position as social worker is 36,020 DKK – 47,829 DKK per month before pension (37 hours)

The salary range for the position as social mediator is 36,295 DKK – 47,829 DKK per month before pension (37 hours)

The salary range for the position as HK administration is 35,013 DKK – 47,829 DKK per month before pension (37 hours)

The salary depends on a negotiation between the manager and the trade organization that has the right to negotiate for the applicable collective agreement.

Salary composition depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
