Office Manager for Fertilizer, Market and Conditionality

As head of Office for Fertilizer, Market and Conditioning you will be responsible for a unit with many professional and versatile tasks. You will lead the work from case processing of complex EU subsidy schemes, implementation of case handling of the new fertilizer regulation, to ensuring climate and environmental protection, plant health and animal welfare.

As head of the office you will have the overall responsibility for the unit Market, Fertilizer and Conditioning, which consists of about 55 employees and 3 team leaders. You must set the direction, ensure progress and create results in an organization where the tasks have direct impact on nature, environment and agriculture across Denmark.

Employment terms

As head of Office for Fertilizer, Market and Conditioning you report to the Deputy Director for Case Processing Bente Koudal Sørensen.

Employment as head of office is on a fixed-term basis for a 6-year period and in accordance with the “Framework Agreement on the contract appointment of managers in the state” with base pay according to salary grade 1 (salary range 37). There is possibility for negotiation of qualification allowance.

The employment area for contract-based managers is the Ministry of Nature and Animal Welfare with associated institutions.

The place of employment is the Agency for Green Area Reallocation and Water Environment, Augustenborg Castle 3, 6440 Augustenborg.

The position is to be filled as of March 1, 2027.
