You will become part of a well-functioning finance department and will report to the CFO. Here you will have an important and autonomous role with responsibility for ensuring that creditor processes operate efficiently and correctly. The creditor area constitutes the majority of your tasks. You will be responsible for the entire creditor process – from receipt of the invoice, through validation and posting, to the payment being completed and correctly registered.

Your tasks will include

• Receipt, validation and posting of supplier invoices
• Creditor reconciliations and follow-up on differences
• Maintenance of creditor master data
• Handling of payments and payment runs
• Follow-up on missing approvals
• Bank and balance reconciliations
• Contact with suppliers and internal partners
• Accruals in connection with month-end closing
• Participation in monthly and annual closings
• Various administrative and accounting tasks

You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks and see them through. At the same time you want to contribute to developing and optimizing processes so that we constantly work smarter and more efficiently.

Your experience and your skills

It is a great advantage if you

• Have experience with creditor bookkeeping or a similar finance function
• Have a good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
• Are proficient with Excel and general IT systems

Your working style is structured, detail-oriented and service-minded - and you have a natural ability to maintain an overview and ensure that tasks are completed. You thrive working independently, take responsibility for your tasks and are good at following up and meeting deadlines. At the same time you have good collaboration skills and communicate professionally and constructively with colleagues and suppliers. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of Navision, SAP or another ERP system.
