Customer Advisor, Rudkøbing

Personal advisory and strong relationships

As the only locally rooted financial institution on Langeland, Fynske Bank has a special position. In Rudkøbing, the job is therefore about more than advising customers. You will become part of a local community where relationships, presence and local support are important, and where you have the opportunity to engage in the local area and contribute to the strong community that characterizes both the branch and the area.

As a customer advisor you will be responsible for your own client portfolio, and you will, among other things, be expected to:

• advise private customers on housing, investments, pension and daily finances
• develop and strengthen the relationships with your existing customers
• attract and warmly welcome new customers
• identify opportunities to create value for both customers and the bank
• actively contribute to the branch's growth and development
• work closely with colleagues in the department and the bank's specialists.

In Rudkøbing you will become part of a department with six dedicated colleagues, where collaboration, presence and high professionalism go hand in hand. In addition, two business advisers are attached to the department during the week, so private and corporate customers receive competent and holistic advice.

Advisor with a focus on relationships and opportunities

You have a financial education and experience in advising private customers. You are motivated by creating good customer experiences and results, and you meet your customers at eye level and are able to combine your professional knowledge with a genuine interest in their needs and opportunities.
