Customer service representative sought for Nordic Facility Partner

Nordic Facility Partner is seeking a service-minded and responsible customer service representative for our team in Kirke Værløse.

We are a company in development, and therefore we are looking for a person who wants to become an important part of the daily contact with our customers.

Your responsibilities

As a customer service representative you will, among other things,...

• Answer phone calls from customers
• Answer emails and customer inquiries
• Book customers and appointments
• Follow up on offers
• Help customers with questions and ensure a good experience from the first contact to the completed task
• Help with various administrative tasks in daily operations

You will play a central role in the company and be one of the people our customers first contact.

Who are you?

We do not set a long list of formal requirements. The most important for us is that you are approachable, reliable and eager to deliver good service.

• Are good at communicating with different people
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are structured and can keep track of multiple tasks
• Have a positive attitude and meet customers professionally
• Are comfortable with phone, email and general computer work

Previous experience with customer service, administration or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience and salary naturally go hand in hand, and the salary is therefore agreed individually based on your qualifications and experience.

Working hours

The position is full-time.

The working hours are generally Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

The workplace is in Kirke Værløse.
