Customer service agents wanted for Danske Bank | Academic Work

About the position

On behalf of Danske Bank we are seeking service-minded customer service agents whose primary task will be to provide professional and personable customer service over the phone. You will become part of the District & Digital Support department, where you will help Danske Bank's corporate customers navigate their financial everyday life. Your absolute main task will be to guide and support Business customers in using Danske Bank's corporate banking system, District.

It can be anything from helping customers log in, navigate the menus or solve smaller technical challenges. In addition, there may also be other tasks in their internal systems. You will be the customer's reassuring voice on the line, able to make the digital easy and manageable.

The workday takes place in an environment where structure, precision and good communication are essential for success. The position gives you valuable experience in customer service and the banking world and is an obvious opportunity for you who want to develop your skills.

Tasks

• Phone support for business customers.
• Review and guidance in the business banking system.
• Troubleshooting login and system usage.
• Handling of smaller IT-related challenges.
• Solving individual ad hoc tasks in other systems.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with customer service and can conduct a professional conversation.
• Is quick to learn and curious to develop yourself.
• Works efficiently and independently.
• Has a basic technical understanding and is comfortable with IT systems.
• Speaks and writes Danish at a high level and can operate in English.
• Can start immediately.
