The job

You will mainly be part of our production team, which services the hospital's 2 cancer departments with individually prepared chemotherapy regimens for the patients. We have a close and good collaboration with health care staff on the departments, and we produce each day chemotherapy in the highest quality for the individual cancer patient in a safe and responsible manner.

The different tasks in the laboratory are performed in structured rotations among colleagues in the team.

Your daily routine will vary between professional and practical production-related tasks

• Preparation of cytostatic mixtures aseptically for ambulatory patients on orders from the departments' doctors.
• Maintain and develop the Pharmacy's procedures in the area with focus on quality, hygiene and safety.
• Contribute to development and improvement of the Pharmacy's service to the hospital's different departments.
• Receive orders via electronic patient journal and prepare documents for production.

After thorough training in the laboratory there will, by agreement, also be an opportunity to participate in tasks in the Pharmacy's Clinical Pharmacy department with tasks related to the hospital's clinical departments.

Your tasks are carried out in close collaboration with the hospital's health care staff.

About you

• You are educated pharmaconomist, bioanalyst, laboratory technician or similar with an interest in pharmaceutical production.
• You are quality-conscious and meticulous in performing your work.
• You have a good overview, can work with tight deadlines and at the same time focus on quality and patient safety.
• You are a stable and initiative-taking colleague with good collaboration skills.
• You are positive and flexible, and you contribute to constructive solutions of tasks.
• You have good physical condition to be able to walk and stand for longer periods.

We offer an exciting and varied job at a hospital pharmacy in rapid development, where we are currently in the process of establishing a new laboratory with the qualification and validation tasks that come with it.

The Pharmacy is an independent department at Sygehus Sønderjylland and serves the hospital's three campuses as well as Hospice. With patient safety as the driving force, the Pharmacy's dedicated staff play an important role delivering medicines and related high-quality services.

Salary

Employment will be offered under the collective agreement with the relevant professional organization and in accordance with the current collective agreement with Region Syddanmark.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be told base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in accordance with the current collective agreement with the region. In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications. Pharmacy site in Sønderborg and satellite site in Aabenraa

Employment

The position is 37 hours.

Start date: 1 December 2026.

Working hours on weekdays between 7 and 16.
