Quality Inspector for measurement and control at Dansk Sintermetal A/S

On behalf of Dansk Sintermetal A/S, JKS is seeking a quality-conscious and meticulous employee for the company's measurement and inspection department. Here you will have an important role in ensuring that the company's products meet the defined quality requirements.

We are looking for someone who has experience with measuring tools, works systematically, and has the patience to ensure that even the smallest details are in order.

About the job

You will become part of the measurement and inspection department, where your primary task will be to check and document the quality of the produced items.

The work requires a calm and structured approach, as accuracy and thoroughness are crucial to ensure the high quality Dansk Sintermetal A/S is known for.

Your tasks will include

• Performing sampling control on produced items and orders
• Quality inspection with, among other things, a micrometer, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Measurement and inspection using 3D measuring machines
• Reading and understanding simple technical drawings and measurement specifications
• Registration and documentation of measurement results
• Ensuring that the items comply with the set dimensions and quality requirements

Your profile

Your educational background is not the most important. What matters is that you have practical experience with measurement and inspection and understand the importance of precision in your work.

• Have experience with using measuring tools, for example micrometers and calipers
• Have a good technical understanding and can read simple technical drawings
• Work carefully, systematically, and with great precision
• Have a calm temperament and thrive with concentration-intensive tasks
• Are responsible, reliable, and quality-oriented
• Can work independently while also contributing to good collaboration with colleagues
• Can speak, read, and understand Danish, as the work involves instructions and documentation in Danish

It is an advantage if you have experience with 3D measuring machines or have previously worked in quality control in a manufacturing company, but this is not a requirement.

Working hours

The position is on a fixed day shift

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00–14:00
• Friday: 06:00–13:30
