Teacher for the early grades at Nydamskolen

Teacher who wishes to come on the Nest journey at Nydamskolen.

The position starts on 1 January 2027

We are looking for a skilled and engaged teacher for the primary years who can see themselves as part of our fantastic primary school.

Nydamskolen has two phases; primary grades 0-5 and lower secondary 6-9.

If you are passionate about close collaboration in the primary years, where there are often two adults in the teaching, then we are looking for you.

You will become part of an experienced first-year team. There are a number of two-teacher hours primarily in the first year group but also in the fifth year group.

We are broadly open with regard to subjects. The most important is that you can see yourself as a team player and in the co-teaching role.

You will need to cover some of the smaller subjects in the primary years and support with co-teaching in other subjects. If you can teach physical education, that’s a plus.

You will, together with colleagues, participate in Nest training, if you have not already done so

Nydamskolen is a primary school with about 400 students and 65 staff, spread across 0-9 grades, ASF special classes and SFO.

Nydamskolen is a Nest model school in the Sønderborg municipality and is undergoing a pedagogical development of the learning environments. In time, Nydamskolen will have Nest classes in 0-9 grades.

Over the past year we have had a special focus on preventing high emotional demands in the work and in creating the best possible working environment.
