Warehouse and Logistics Manager for Movetec Solutions ApS

Do you want to have a central role in a small growth company, where you will be responsible for ensuring that warehouse, flow of goods and logistics work optimally every day?

At Movetec Solutions ApS we develop and deliver electric actuators, lifting columns for customers worldwide. We are looking for a structured and quality-conscious employee who can take responsibility for our warehouse and logistics function and contribute to daily operations and production.

Your tasks

You will have overall responsibility for our warehouse and the daily handling of goods, including:

• Management and follow-up on stock status
• Receiving and incoming inspection
• Registration of goods in our systems
• Picking and preparation of customer orders
• Packing and dispatch of customer orders
• Inventory counts and ongoing stock control
• Ensuring order and structure in the warehouse
• Coordinating the flow of goods between warehouse, purchasing and sales
• Other warehouse and logistics related tasks

In addition, there will be various practical tasks in production and day-to-day operations. This may include assembly of lifting columns, preparation of components, quality control and other ad hoc tasks that help keep production, the warehouse and deliveries running efficiently.

We envision that you

• Have experience from warehouse, logistics, production or similar
• Work in a structured and independent manner
• Have a sense for quality and details
• Are responsible and take ownership of your tasks
• Thrive with both warehouse work and light assembly tasks
• Have experience with IT systems and preferably ERP systems
• Are flexible and thrive in a small company where people help each other
• Have forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one

It is an advantage if you

• Have knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
• Have experience with documented processes and quality control
• Understand the importance of traceability, receiving control and correct registrations

Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management will be an advantage, as the position involves receiving control, registrations and ensuring correct warehouse processes as part of our quality work.
