We are seeking a warehouse and logistics assistant for shipping in Haderslev.

You will join a larger warehouse and logistics function where goods come in, move around and go out further without chaos. The work is closely connected to a large clothing retailer, so order and safety matter for every single pallet and shipment. The team is large enough to have systems around you, but the role still requires you to take responsibility in everyday work.

This is a role for someone who likes to keep control of the flow.

You will work with shipping, inbound storage and internal transport, and you must be able to keep an overview when the pace changes. There is no need for big arm movements – just stability, integrity and a willingness to get the warehouse running.

What you’ll get Salary: 180-200 DKK per hour

Work area: Haderslev and surrounding areas

Colleagues: About 210 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term assignments.

Everyday: Shipping, inbound storage and order

Your everyday The day is about getting goods safely from receipt to inbound storage and on to shipping. You keep track of the flow, follow the agreed routines and speak up if something doesn’t align with quality, safety or order.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepare shipments for dispatch
• Ensure inbound storage and internal transport
• Keep an eye on quality, safety and order
• Pick and pack goods according to agreement
• Receive goods and put them in place

When it gets busy, it’s important that you keep a level head and work systematically. It brings calm to the warehouse, and it makes a difference for those who will use the goods further.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver's license
• Preferably at least 2 years' experience from warehouse, logistics or shipping
• Are punctual and keep agreements
• Work systematically and keep things orderly around you
• Say something if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with shipping and internal transport before. The most important thing is that you take order and safety seriously.
