We are looking for a warehouse and logistics employee in Fredericia.

You will land in a larger warehouse and supply chain day-to-day, where goods must be moved quickly and accurately onwards. The work clothes must go on to professional customers and partners, so there is value in picking correctly the first time. You work closely with the flow between inbound storage, internal transport and dispatch, and there are several functions around you besides the warehouse.

The role suits you if you enjoy a day-to-day with clear tasks and visible results. The pay is stable, the tasks are easy to understand, and the pace requires that you show up reliably. When you do your job properly, the rest of the chain can feel it immediately.

Everyday: Picking, packing and internal transport

Your everyday The day is about getting goods to the right place, picking orders and preparing shipments. You keep the flow going between inbound storage, internal transport and outbound goods. When it’s busy, it’s important that you work calmly and get the details right.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepare shipments for dispatch
• Put goods in place and assist with internal transport
• Pick and pack orders so they are ready for the next link

When it’s busy, it helps that the warehouse, supply chain and customer-facing functions work closely together. If you speak up in time, the rest of the chain can react.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t have to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Can stay organized, even when the pace increases
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience with picking, packing, dispatch or internal transport before. But the most important thing is that you take initiative and enjoy a day-to-day where things have to work together.
