Head of Pensions in Wealth Offerings

Your upcoming job

You will have a broad and varied area of responsibility with great organizational significance. You will become the head of a department with five engaged and competent colleagues, where your role is both to set direction, create buy-in and ensure high well-being and professional quality in the execution of tasks.

At the same time you will act as a professional lighthouse in the pensions area – both internally in the organization and in dialogue with other stakeholders. You will have a central role in translating strategy and business needs into clear priorities and well-functioning solutions. The position also entails active participation in internal and external collaboration forums, where you represent Nykredit and contribute to the joint development of the pensions area across.

Your areas of responsibility include, among other things

• Professional and personnel leadership of the pension team.
• Development and operation of the pension area in accordance with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a professional sparring partner for management and partners.
• Active participation in relevant collaboration and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Contribute to ongoing development, digitization and rationalization of processes.
• Ensure high quality, compliance and timely handling of pension-related tasks.

Your new workplace

You will become part of Wealth Offerings, which is part of Nykredit's Asset & Fund Management unit and has the cross-cutting responsibility for strategy and business support in the wealth area. You will work closely with other areas in Wealth Offerings, which together consist of 27 colleagues and are based at Nykredit huset on Sundkrogsgade in Nordhavn.
