We are currently looking for a dynamic and engaged Letting Agent for our team in Copenhagen, who will help ensure efficient letting and good customer experiences across our properties in Copenhagen and on Zealand.

Can you drive rental letting from first interest to signed contract? Do you have a strong commercial drive and an understanding of how you create value in the properties you work with? Are you service-minded and motivated by helping people find their next home? Then the position as Letting Agent at Heimstaden could be for you.

You will become part of our letting team in Region 1, which covers Copenhagen and the rest of Zealand, and together with the rest of the team you will play a central role in ensuring that our rental properties are let quickly and efficiently – while delivering a good customer experience and maintaining our high standards for service.

Your primary tasks

• Planning and conducting viewings and open house events
• Ongoing optimization of rental income in close collaboration with asset management – e.g. through modernization of our homes
• Rent setting, obtaining photo material and advertising our homes on relevant platforms
• Direct customer contact and follow-up on leads by phone and email
• Drafting and follow-up on rental contracts and other similar administrative tasks

The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, and you should expect to work either Saturday or Sunday. In return, you will receive a fixed weekly day off.

When you are not on the move, you will meet the rest of the team at our headquarters in Sankt Petri Passage in Copenhagen K.

About you

• You have experience from, for example, the real estate agency industry or knowledge of rental housing
• You are service-minded and have strong communication skills
• You are structured and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are a team player, but also thrive working independently
• You speak Danish fluently and can communicate verbally and in writing in English
• You are familiar with IT, for example the Microsoft Office suite and other digital solutions

It is a requirement that you have a driving license, as the position involves visits to several of our properties. You must be able to provide your own car and will of course receive travel allowance according to the applicable rates.
