Krüger Search is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator for a trading company in the Vestegnen area of Greater Copenhagen.

Your tasks include, among others

• Transport planning including booking, route optimization.
• Daily monitoring and Track & Trace.
• Ensure optimal workflows for logistics management.
• Warehouse coordination.
• Customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance.
• Supplier management and KPI tracking.
• Optimization and ensuring accurate data and calculations.
• Participate in departmental meetings.
• Ad hoc tasks.

Your personal qualifications

• Independent, good collaboration skills, committed.
• Analytical, thorough, structured and with a good overview.

Your professional qualifications

• Educated within logistics.
• Experience with freight booking.
• Experience with Customs & Compliance.
• Experience with customer service, internal & external.
• Experience with warehouse coordination.
• Experience with WMS, TMS & ERP systems.
• Experience with Excel, preferably advanced user but not a requirement.
• English written and spoken at a professional level.
• Danish written and spoken at a professional level.

Educational qualifications

• Forwarding agent with relevant practical experience.
• Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain educated; Academy, Diploma or Master level.
• Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain educated; Bachelor or Master level.
• Other education in Transport, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.

Geographic location

• Greater Copenhagen, Vestegnen, close to several access roads and public transport.
