Logistics employee for steel company in Ølstykke

Do you have a forklift license, and are you comfortable working in all kinds of weather? Then we have a temporary position in outbound logistics at a steel company in Ølstykke. You locate the goods, check them and load them onto trucks and trailers using a forklift and a portal crane.

You will work either 06:30–14:30 or 14:30–22:30.

The temporary position lasts 3–6 months. There would eventually be an opportunity for permanent employment if it is a match.

You will work with

• Truck driving: You drive large trucks and move goods that are to be delivered to customers.
• Inspection of goods: You get off the truck, check the item and ensure that it is the correct one before it is loaded. You are in and out of the truck many times during a shift.
• Loading: You pack trailers and load trucks.
• Portal crane: You control the portal cranes yourself, which lift up to 5 tons.
• Tidying up and servicing: You clean up and service the production.

About you

• You have a forklift license.
• Cranes certificate C or experience with cranes is an advantage, but not required.
• You think independently and take action when you can see that something needs to be done.
• You are not afraid of rain and wind. The work takes place outdoors.
• You are thorough and take safety seriously. This especially applies when securing elements for crane lifting.
• You work in safety shoes, goggles and helmet as well as work pants and outerwear in reflective colors.
