Target-group–strong authority caseworker for a task concerning flex job–registered citizens and citizens on unemployment benefits at a client in North Zealand

We are seeking an experienced authority caseworker who thrives in working with the target group fleksjob and unemployment benefits, for a client in Nordsjælland from now and until 31.01.2027.

DIN PROFIL?

We assume that you are a trained social worker or have worked as a caseworker and that you come from the employment sector, preferably from a job center or another actor, and that you have substantial experience with the target group within fleksjob and unemployment benefits. In addition, we expect you to be passionate about helping people in or back to suitable fleksjob.

JOBBET?

Your main task is to be an authority caseworker on a case load that includes both unemployment benefit recipients and citizens in fleksjob.

Your daily work will mainly consist of the following tasks: (the work takes place at the partner, with 2-3 fixed home-working days per week)

There is an expectation that you are proficient in the following tasks;

• Follow-up interviews with citizens
• Advice and guidance to citizens
• Obtaining the necessary medical documentation
• Ongoing record-keeping
• Reassessments etc.
