Machine designer

The job

As a machine designer, you will be tasked with elevating the company's internal design competencies and know-how. This includes designing machines and installations from scratch that meet customer requirements and the contract basis, as well as ensuring a correct production basis and assembly layout.

Key areas of responsibility

• Responsible for larger projects, including follow-up on the physical design of our own machines.
• An active part of the cross-disciplinary collaboration. Contribute to sparring and a mutually high level of information sharing with colleagues.
• Ensure the quality of your own deliverables – including ensuring that the production basis meets specifications, financial framework and deadlines.

Your profile

We imagine that you have a relevant technical education such as mechanical engineer, marine engineer, production technologist or similar.

You have solid experience from a similar position in a machine manufacturing company. Including experience with machine design, process equipment or production lines.

You have experience with 3D design programs – advantageous with Autodesk Inventor as well as skeletal modeling.

You have knowledge of strength calculations.

You are fluent in Danish in writing and speaking – English would be an advantage.
