SET THE DIRECTION FOR HILLERØD MUNICIPALITY'S NEW FAMILY HOUSE

Two strong professional environments must become one Family House. A common culture must take shape, professions must work together even better, and children, young people and families must experience a more coherent effort. As the leader of the Family House you will have the chance to lead it all.

In this position you have a rare opportunity to lead an organization in formation. You will build a new management structure and unite engaged employees around a common we . The goal is a Family House that can act quickly, work flexibly and deliver tangible results for families – with respect for what works, and the courage to change what stands in the way.

You will have overall managerial responsibility for two professional leaders and 37 employees, including psychologists, pedagogues, family therapists and social workers. What unites them is high professionalism and a strong desire to make a real difference. You will also be part of an ambitious management community in the Department of Families and Health, where we share dilemmas, challenge each other and help each other forward.

Clear leadership and an open mind

You are an experienced leader who can create calm, direction and momentum, while the new takes shape. You are curious, listen and involve – and can step forward clearly when priorities must be set. Not least you manage to bring together different professions around the most important thing: to create better solutions for children, young people and families.
