🚜 Machine Operator – ready for a workplace with a few more kilometers?

If you would rather clock in at exactly the same place every morning for the rest of the year, then this probably isn’t the job.

But if you like machines, fresh air, responsibility, and a bit of travel, keep reading. 👇

We are looking for more machine operators for a somewhat different job with special machines, travel activity, and work in both Denmark and Sweden.

🏖️ What do we actually do?

The company specializes in deep cleaning of sand and debris on playgrounds and sports facilities.

For the work, we use special patented cleaning machines. Of course we don’t expect you to be able to operate them yet.

Have you operated other machines before, we’ll take care of the rest of the training. 💪

🔧 You start from the bottom

Before you take responsibility for the machine, you need to know the work around it.

Together with your regular partner you will therefore initially work on

🔹 Preparation and setup

🔹 Practical groundwork

🔹 Forest/woodland work

🔹 Cleaning up

🔹 Quality checks

Once you have properly learned the workflows, you will be trained in the special machines so that you can operate them independently in time.

Here we are not jumping directly from “I have driven a mini excavator” to “here you go, here are the keys.” 😄

👷 Trained? Untrained? Both can work

Your background is less important than your attitude and understanding of machines.

We hope that you

✅ Have experience operating various machines

✅ Hold a B driving license – BE is a plus

✅ Are physically fit and not afraid of manual work

✅ Can work outdoors in sun, wind and classic Danish crosswinds 🌧️

✅ Can work independently and take responsibility

✅ Are prepared for travel

✅ Are good at customer contact and behave professionally on assignments

✅ Can handle hotel bookings and the practical things on longer trips yourself

🇸🇪 Sweden should not be a swear word

You should expect up to about 100 travel days per year.

In Zealand you will generally be home every evening.

In Jutland there will be overnight stays as needed.

And when the trip goes to Sweden, you can be away for longer periods of up to 3-4 weeks at a time.

Food and lodging are of course covered when overnight stays are required.

🤝 You and your partner

You will become part of a fixed two-person team .

You drive together, work together and ensure together that the customer receives a playground or a sports facility that is in good condition when you leave it.

So if you’d rather hide at the back of a large crew, this will be difficult. Here your effort matters every single day.

❄️ Work through it – and reap the freedom later

Things move fast in peak season.

In return you have the opportunity to accumulate a good amount of compensatory time off so that in several of the winter months you can get significantly more freedom with pay.

💰 What you get

🚜 Thorough training in special machines

💰 Attractive salary package according to qualifications

🏦 Pension

🏨 Food and lodging for travel work

🤝 Fixed partner and close collaboration

🗝️ A lot of independence

🌱 Active outdoor work

❄️ Opportunity for extra freedom in the winter period

🇩🇰🇸🇪 A workday that takes you around

Can you operate a machine, pitch in, and keep a cool head when the GPS says 700 kilometers to the next task? Then we’d love to hear from you. 😄🚜
