We are looking for skilled and independent staff for our new Resource and Quality Team, which will help ensure the quality of our care across Region Nord.

About the job

As an employee in the Resource and Quality Team you will have a flexible role, where you work as a “flying” across our departments. This means you both assist with shift coverage and at the same time help identify what we do well and where we can become even better.

Your tasks include

• Ensure stable and professionally strong shift coverage across departments
• Observe and document when there is something we can improve
• Provide professional input on how we can develop employees' competencies
• Contribute to better workflows and new ways of solving tasks
• Support good and consistent quality of care – no matter where you are

You will be attached to our operations manager for quality, who gathers information from everyday life and works on it together with the team leaders in the regions.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant health profession education (e.g., SOSU assistant or nurse)
• Work professionally with a focus on the citizen's needs
• Thrive with variation in the work and new workplaces
• Have an eye for quality and dare to say when something can be improved
• Work independently and are calm and clear in new situations
• Have a driving license and preferably own car available (if there are no Carelink cars available), as you will drive across the region
