Mechanic, farmer or agricultural technologist sought for an exciting combined role (50% workshop / 50% field)

Can you both work on machines and take care of experiments in the field? Do you want a unique and versatile everyday life, where half of your time is spent in the workshop and the other half under the open sky?

At TystofteFonden in Skælskør we are looking for a versatile and technically strong colleague. We offer a rare combined position where your tasks are distributed 50/50 between workshop work and practical testing in the field . • The perfect combination: You escape the monotonous daily routine. Here you get the best from two worlds: Mechanical immersion in the workshop and fresh air in the field trials.
• Flexibility and great winter freedom: Our work follows the rhythm of nature. We are very busy in the summer months when we make a joint effort. On the other hand, there is really great opportunity to take time off and have holidays in the winter months , when the pace slows.
• Active social life and strong camaraderie: We place a high value on social community. We have a very active wellbeing association that arranges a number of different social events and activities during the year, so we also meet for things other than the professional.
• Workplace of a superior standard: You will spend your day in our modern facilities located in the middle of Skælskør’s fantastic, scenic surroundings. We prioritize a good working environment with high ceilings.
• High professionalism and specialization: We ensure you thorough and in-depth training in our specialized methods, trial machines, and systems, so you constantly advance professionally.
• Attractive and orderly terms: We offer stable working conditions as well as a salary and employment package that matches your qualifications.
