Mechanic, truck mechanic or welder wanted for a versatile position in Glostrup

Are you an experienced mechanic or blacksmith, who thrives on a everyday filled with varied tasks and a great responsibility? Do you want to work in a smaller, dynamic team where there is a short path from idea to action? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for for our workshop in Glostrup.

We are seeking a technically strong profile with solid experience – preferably a senior in the field – who can work independently and take responsibility for both planned and urgent tasks.

About the role

You will be part of a dedicated and informal team where collaboration and flexibility are in focus. With us you will get a varied daily life with a high degree of freedom under responsibility, and you will have the opportunity to influence your own tasks.

Our fleet is wide and varied, which means that you will work with many different types of vehicles and equipment. This includes among other things compactor trucks, flatbed and hooklift trucks, crane trucks, contractor trailers as well as contractor machines and other equipment on site.

The tasks range from fault finding and repair to ongoing maintenance and optimization. No day is the same, and it is important that you have a practical approach and enjoy finding solutions to both small and complex challenges. There may be overtime at times, especially when urgent tasks arise and need to be solved quickly.

Your qualifications

We imagine that you

• Are trained as a smith, mechanic or truck mechanic
• Have several years of experience in a similar position
• Would preferably have experience with maintenance of compactor trucks (not a requirement)
• Have a driving license for category B, C and preferably CE
• Have knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
• Work in a structured and independent manner
• Are reliable, flexible and responsible
• Pride yourself on delivering high quality and doing the job properly the first time
