Meta Ads Specialist for a full-time job near City Hall Square in Copenhagen

Across the independent businesses our students have started from scratch with our help, they collectively serve over 200,000 monthly private customers and generate more than 350 million DKK per year.

We are seeking a permanent marketing colleague for a full-time position at our office by City Hall Square in Copenhagen.

Perhaps you’re freelancing today, but miss colleagues, sparring and a fixed salary while you become even more skilled in your craft.

What you will be working on

You will get hands-on with many smaller Meta Ads accounts within the same niche. It provides the opportunity to dive in, test ideas, find patterns and apply what works across the companies.

Tasks will include

• Set up, optimize and follow up on campaigns.
• Develop and test ad copy, angles and creatives together with the team.
• Keep track of results and translate them into concrete improvements.
• Improve our workflows with e.g. AI, automation and reporting.
• Talk with the students, so the advertising is based on their business and the customers they want.

Google Ads is a plus, but not a requirement.

Who are you?

You have already worked with Meta Ads and can show some examples of what you have done. You don’t need ten years of experience or a big agency on your CV. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation, are curious and want to take responsibility.

You are the type who wants to understand why an ad works and what it takes to make it even better. You want to become truly skilled in a narrow niche and stand behind your work.

If you also keep up with AI and play with automation, reporting or similar, that is a big plus. We want to free up more time to understand the students, talk to them and help them succeed.

You will be part of that development. You are in direct contact with the students and can feel what your work means to them. When the ads bring enough customers for a student to quit their old job, gain more freedom and time for family or hire their first (or 10th) employee, you have helped make it possible.

You help create more jobs and give people the opportunity for a better work life with more freedom and more smiles in daily life. And because you work closely with them, you also get their stories and enthusiasm when it works.

The position is full-time with in-person presence at our office by City Hall Square in Copenhagen. Salary according to qualifications.
