INSTALLATION MANAGER FOR CONCRETE, TANKS AND TANK FACILITIES

Do you want to lead the installation of large concrete tanks and be close to the practical execution? Do you have experience with concrete and concrete casting – and preferably with installation of concrete elements?

At A-Consult Agro A/S we are looking for an installation manager who can create structure in the installation process, coordinate the performing activities and ensure that our tank projects are carried out safely, efficiently and with high quality on time.

You will become a central part of the projects within agriculture, industry, aqua and biogas, where you will be responsible for aligning planning and practical execution into a cohesive whole.

About the job

As installation manager you will play an important role in the daily execution of our projects. You will work close to the construction site and be responsible for coordinating the installation, tracking progress and ensuring that workforce, materials and deliveries are in place when needed.

You will collaborate with project managers, design office, customers, colleagues, suppliers and subcontractors and become the natural hub for the activities taking place in connection with the installation

You will receive a thorough introduction to our products and working methods, as well as close sparring with experienced colleagues. The most important is that you have a practical understanding of concrete work, can take responsibility and thrive with making things happen.

Your main tasks

• Plan and coordinate the daily installation and execution on the construction site.
• Follow up on concrete work, concrete casting and installation of concrete elements.
• Ensure that workforce, equipment, materials and deliveries are available at the right time.
• Coordinate your own staff, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up on schedules, progress and quality in daily work.
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with project requirements, drawings and work descriptions.
• Contribute to quality assurance, documentation and ongoing follow-up on the construction site.
• Focus on safety, working environment and good planning in the practical execution.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager on challenges, changes and solutions along the way.

Your profile

We expect you to have experience from the construction and civil engineering industry and have worked with concrete in practice. You could come from a role as foreman, site supervisor, project manager, installer or another function with responsibility for the daily execution.

It is an advantage if you have experience with installation of concrete elements, but it is not a requirement. If you have a solid understanding of concrete casting and a desire to develop yourself within installation of concrete tanks, you could be the person we are looking for.

• Have practical experience with concrete and concrete casting.
• Preferably have experience with concrete elements and element installation.
• Can plan and coordinate the daily work.
• Have an eye for quality, progress and safety.
• Work structurally and keep overview when several activities happen simultaneously.
• Are good at collaborating and communicating with different professional groups.
• Take responsibility, follow tasks through to the end and find solutions when challenges arise.

Your educational background is not decisive. The most important is your practical experience, your understanding of the construction process and your ability to create progress on the construction site.
