We are looking for a bricklayer for service and renovation in Skovlunde.

You will land in a small bricklayer team where renovation, property maintenance and service tasks fill daily work. The work focuses on commercial tasks, so you will encounter sites where the agreements with customers must hold. The sites are located in Skovlunde and around Zealand, and you switch between tasks alone and with a partner.

You get freedom with responsibility, but you are not left without help when a task needs to be discussed. The company car is included in the package, and a driving license is required because you drive yourself to the sites. This is for you who would like a daily life with both service, renovation and the responsibility to get things done properly.

What you get Salary: 200-250 DKK per hour

Everyday: Renovation, service and independent planning

Your everyday

The day is planned around the renovation- and service tasks that have been agreed. You assess the task on site, perform the masonry work and report further if coordination with other trades is needed. On some sites the task may be smaller repairs, while renovation requires that the sequence fits so the next trade can come in.

You will among other things work with

• Solving renovation tasks in commercial properties
• Taking on shells and service when the customer needs quick help
• Floor tiling and tile work
• Repairing masonry, joints and minor damages
• Assisting with property maintenance and modernization

When the work is finished, tidying up and covering surfaces is part of the handover - not something that gets pushed to the end. This suits you if you like customers to be able to see that a professional has been by.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

You do not need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as a bricklayer
• Can work independently and say if something doesn’t add up
• Can take both service tasks and renovation without losing overview
• Show up reliably and talk to customers in a proper manner

It’s an advantage if you have experience with renovation, shells or property maintenance. But the most important is that you take responsibility and deliver the work properly.
