Bricklayer for new construction and concrete work in Frederikssund

We are looking for a mason for new construction and renovation in Frederikssund.

You will become part of a construction company with around 15 employees, where bricklaying sits close to both new build, renovation and concrete. The tasks are located in Frederikssund and the surrounding area, and the sites can be both residential and commercial. Here, several trades are gathered around the tasks, so you land in a place where the masonry part is not separated from the rest of the construction. Some days you work independently, other days with a partner, crew or apprentice.

The good thing about the role is the mix. You get a company car and the freedom to take responsibility on site, but you are not alone if something needs to be discussed. The tone must be respectful, and everyday life should have a little smile to it.

Everyday: New construction, renovation and concrete work

Your everyday During the day, it’s about making the masonry part fit with the tasks agreed on site. You can work with new build, renovation and casting, and the order depends on what is ready for you. When something doesn’t line up, you speak up so the next part of the work doesn’t hang.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working on new builds for residential and commercial projects
• Renovating masonry and building elements on existing properties
• Carrying out casting and concrete work
• Coordinating the masonry part with the other trades on site

When the motto is that it should be fun to go to work, it’s about a daily life where people talk to each other properly and get things done. You must be able to take initiative, but you also need to be in a day where your mood matters.

We’re looking for someone who can check most boxes We don’t expect you to have done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and take hold.

We imagine that you

• Have a driver’s license
• Have experience as a mason or with masonry work
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your commitments
• Show up reliably and speak up if something isn’t right
• Can work both alone, with a partner, in a crew and with an apprentice

It’s an advantage if you have experience with new builds, renovations or concrete work before. But the most important thing is that you are stable, orderly and can deliver a piece of work you will stand by.
