Therefore Nordbyskolen is seeking a qualified teacher on a full-time basis to teach in the lower secondary school. The subjects for the remainder of the school year will be Math, Physics and Biology in the lower secondary. In addition, you will have a large amount of team-taught hours available for the rest of the school year, which you will use in collaboration with your team. If you have a creative pulse, that is definitely a plus.

We place high value on the relationships with students and with each other, so your motivation, your ability to collaborate with colleagues and build relationships comes before your subject-specific qualifications.

About Nordbyskolen

We are a two-track school with about 480 students spread across 0.-9. grade, a reception function with students from 0.-5. grade and about 50 staff. In the school's after-school care (SFO) and Club there are 240 children enrolled. We work in four department-teams: SFO/Club, primary education, lower secondary and upper secondary. Each team has a team coordinator, all teams have independent finances, there is a high degree of shared decision-making and flexibility.

We have a culture where people help each other, consult and reflect with one another. In each of the school's departments a mid-term form has been established.

We work purposefully with formation/character development, and see a good workplace and a trusting collaboration between school and home as the foundation for a good school.

Salary and employment: According to the applicable collective agreement. 37 hours per week with assignment as of 1 January 2027.
