There is a permanent position of about 34 hours per week, and you must be able to work in the time frame from 22:40 to 07:10, in a 7:7 arrangement. This means you work 7 days in a row, and have 7 days off. At the moment, it will be in even weeks that you must work. About you

- You are present and caring in your dealings with the residents
- You have courage and can take responsibility in your work
- You think cross-disciplinary
- You have an eye for positive collegial collaboration and contribute to it

You will become part of an organization that values and prioritizes competency development through our own competency center, focusing on the following themes: KRAP, LA2, ASK, sensory stimuli, neuro-pedagogy, F.O.T.T. medication and transfers, etc. Additionally, topics such as health, nutrition, and movement are also high on the agenda, where Skansebakken is sports-certified.
At Skansebakken we are known for challenging norms and we highly prioritize outdoor life with canoeing, campfire cooking, and life at the harbor or on the beach. We also carry out many activities on site, where we work with senses, movement, and communication, often packaged into activities.
We also offer you
