Nørre Nissum School and Children's Universe are seeking an assistant for the kindergarten

As one of our skilled assistants is going out into the world, we are therefore seeking a new 37-hour assistant.

Description of the workplace

• We are part of the Village Arrangement Nørre Nissum School and Children's Universe, which includes a nursery, kindergarten, after-school care (SFO) and school.
• Currently, our day care has 24 nursery children and 60 kindergarten children.
• We are located in beautiful rural surroundings with a variety of hiking opportunities.
• We are a green institution and use the outdoor environment a lot in our daily routine.
• We are a RARRT institution and prioritise the appreciative approach and relationship work in daily pedagogical work.

Work areas / tasks

During group time you are responsible for one room in the kindergarten in collaboration with the two other staff on the room. Outside group time you are responsible for the entire group of children in collaboration with the other staff. You are hired into the house, so if there are changing needs, the position can be moved to the nursery or other places in the house.

• is robust and not afraid to dive into something new
• is flexible regarding working hours and willing to lend a hand when it gets busy

Salary and terms of employment

The position is to be filled by 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, as we are willing to wait for the right candidate. The salary is determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and Lemvig Municipality's salary policy. The starting salary for a full-time employee is 25,442 DKK per month. In addition, a qualification-based salary is negotiated based on your experience and personal qualifications.
