The position is intended to be filled by December 1, 2026, alternatively we are happy to wait for the right upcoming colleague.

About the positions

• Up to 37 hours per week (we are flexible and happy to listen to your wishes)
• Day and evening shifts
• Approximately 10 evening shifts over 12 weeks
• Weekend work every 4th weekend
• We work with flexible shift planning, where you have a high degree of influence on your own schedule.

You will work both in citizens’ homes and in our nursing clinics.

Who are you?

You are a trained nurse — perhaps with experience from municipality, hospital or something entirely different.

The most important for us is not necessarily where you come from, but how you meet people and collaborate.

Who are we?

Home and Nursing Aars is one of four districts in Vesthimmerland Municipality.

We are centrally located in Aars and work closely with home care — both organizationally and in daily life. We believe strong relationships between professional groups create better solutions for the citizens. We are co-organized with the SOSU – groups and have been since 2013.

We are also a workplace in development, which likes to lead and try new paths.

• Rehabilitation according to the Health Act
• Quality and professional direction in documentation

• From January 1, 2027, implementation of acute nursing as a regional task, but with municipal delivery.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment are according to the applicable agreement with DSR.
