We are seeking a nurse for our team in Home Healthcare Hirtshals. Shifts are mainly daytime shifts, although there may be evening shifts. The position is 32 hours per week or by agreement. You should expect a weekend shift on average every 4th weekend.

This is a one-year temporary position with start on 1 December 2026.

In Home Healthcare Hirtshals we are united under the same management. Therefore the nurses and the SOSU staff share the same goals. We are in constant development and all professional groups work together on every citizen. Teams work, and nursing has an important role in facilitating the interdisciplinary team conferences.

As a nurse you will help to ensure even better conditions for interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as have as much focus as possible on the core task based on a holistic nursing perspective.

We need a nurse who wishes to enter this collaboration based on the Municipality of Hjørring's value framework rooted in trust, dialogue and joy at work.

Home Healthcare Hirtshals has approximately 90 employees, who primarily consist of SOSU staff and nurses. In the department we train SOSU students and it is a clinical teaching site for nursing students.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained nurse with a valid authorization.
• Have a desire to try your hand at our home healthcare organization.
• Work independently and rehabilitative, can create overview, and prioritize in the tasks.
• Have a positive approach to new challenges and changes.
• Are flexible in collaboration with citizens, relatives and colleagues.
• Have a willingness to take on the demanding responsibility regarding the interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration.
• Have humor and a good mood.
• Have flair for IT and preferably knowledge of the documentation system CURA (not required).
• Have a driver's license (required).
