We are looking for you;

You are an experienced leader who can deliver results and build relationships.

You manage to combine strategic vision with a practice-oriented leadership style, where staff experience you as visible, accessible and engaged. It is a requirement that you have a nursing or health professional education.

As a leader with us you will particularly succeed when you

  • Can balance operations, development and economy
  • Can create engagement around shared goals
  • See relatives and civil society as an important resource
