The new Chief Financial Officer/CFO shall report to the CEO

The company, which has about 150 employees and is located on the outer edge of the Triangle region, is facing new exciting challenges, all of which are positive. The company manufactures long-lasting capital goods.

To support and ensure continued growth, we are now seeking a business-oriented Chief Financial Officer, who of course must be able to ensure that the targets are met and be part of the daily management of the company - including safeguarding the good employee spirit and overall well-being.

Key responsibilities will include

• Motivation and development of the function's employees

Overall responsibility for the company's finances including

• Annual accounts
• Budgets - forecast
• Reporting to the board of directors & owners
• Project finance - overview thereof
• Ongoing work
• Ensure the best possible financial suppliers

We see the ideal candidate coming from a similar role in an international-oriented project company.

Education should be at least bachelor level - preferably Cand. Merc. Aud or HD

Driving distance ideally should be within a maximum of one hour. We are not looking for a hybrid position.

Language skills should be Danish, English proficient and preferably German at conversational level.

It is expected that IT knowledge - including familiarity with a number of ERP systems - is at a high level of use.
