The temporary position starts as soon as possible and runs until April 2028 .

In the temporary position you will play a central role in daily operations in close collaboration and with close contact to suppliers and colleagues in, among others, planning, warehousing, production and quality. Your task is to follow the purchases to delivery and resolve any delivery issues before they affect production.

Your tasks

• Create and follow up on purchase orders based on MRP requirements
• Follow up on order confirmations, delivery times and deviations with suppliers
• Handle delivery disruptions, complaints and returns
• Maintain master data and contribute to optimizing the stock level
• Collaborate across the company and contribute to better purchasing processes.

Your background

We would like you to have at least two to three years of experience with operational purchasing, preferably from a manufacturing company, and have a relevant education in purchasing, supply chain or similar.
