About the job

Do you want to help identify and stop tomorrow's fraud?

As Operations & Innovation Officer in AML (Hvidvask AML) you will play a central role in protecting customers and the bank against fraud and financial crime.

You combine analysis, scenario building and case handling, and contribute to developing the bank's capabilities to detect new forms of fraud.

About the role

You will become part of the analytics team in AML. Here we work with analysis, monitoring and scenarios that support the bank's efforts against money laundering and fraud. In addition, you will also work in the Cards & Fraud team, handling the bank's fraud cases and objections.

You will therefore have a varied daily life, with days in the analytics team and days in the Cards & Fraud team. The role gives you the opportunity to translate knowledge from concrete cases into improved monitoring and new scenarios that can identify future fraud patterns.

Your tasks will include

  • Process concrete fraud-, misuse- and objection cases.
  • Analyze data and identify patterns and trends within fraud, misuse and objections.
  • Build, test and improve scenarios that can identify new fraud types.
  • Document analyses, scenarios, workflows and decisions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and workflows with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge across the department.

Location

The position is generally based in Silkeborg, but for the right candidate with strong expertise there may be an opportunity to base the work at our location in Copenhagen.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Manager, Louise Bøttcher Iversen on 89896422.

Recruitment process and next steps

Send your CV and a short description of your motivation no later than 11 November 2026. We process applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to terminate the recruitment when we have found the right candidate.

Application

At Jyske Bank we believe that diversity creates better decisions, stronger relationships and a more dynamic work environment. We actively work for inclusion and equal opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.

In this role you contribute directly to protecting customers and the bank against fraud and financial crime. At the same time you have the opportunity to influence the development of the methods and scenarios that will identify future fraud.

At Jyske Bank we fight for people's and businesses' financial security and ability to act. We are a close-knit large bank, close enough to understand and large enough to make a difference.

The combination of strong professional competencies and close collaboration enables us to continually strengthen the bank's efforts against financial crime. We emphasize collaboration, knowledge sharing and a work environment where we help each other succeed.

Department and team

Hvidvask AML is part of Financial Crime Operations and is responsible for the bank's operational efforts against money laundering and fraud.

We work with the entire value chain from monitoring and analysis to investigations and case handling.

We imagine that you

  • Work independently and take initiative in daily work
  • Can deliver high quality and have a focus on efficiency
  • Have good collaboration skills and take pride in good dialogue with our stakeholders
  • Would like to be involved in an area and a department that is in development.

It is an advantage if you have experience with fraud prevention or case handling within fraud.

The most important thing is that you are motivated by understanding complex problems and preferably work with concrete case handling to understand connections and translate insights into concrete actions.

Your profile

There are several paths into the role. You can come from the financial sector or have experience from areas where analysis, risk assessment, monitoring or case handling is a central part of the work.

You will have a daily life with great variation between analysis, development and operational case handling. Therefore it is important that you thrive with both deepening and operations and can maintain an overview when tasks and priorities change.
